• 8 Hr. Rental (Monday - Thursday) - $475.00
• Front Room, 4 Hr. Rental - $375.00
• 8 Hr. Rental (Friday - Sunday) - $825.00
• Back Room, 4 Hr. Rental - $450.00
• Patio Rental - with Event - $75.00/ without Hall Rental - $25/hr.
• Clean-Up Personnel (additional $175.00) / Additional Hours ($75.00/hr.)
• A Security Deposit of $250.00 is due at time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days before the date of event.
• If the Hall is needed for decorating or set-up other than the day of event, there will be an additional charge of $45.00/hr.

    • Table Set-Up- cloth napkin (white), fork, knife, dinner plate, glass wear for the price of $1.75.
    • Napkins and table cloths other than the colors we have will be an additional fee.
