  • Rental fee $875.00. Cleaning fee of $100.00 included.
  • $275.00 is the rental security fee. Part of the rental price.
  • When cleaning done to standard procedures the renters get $100.00
  • Allotted 8 hrs for your event. If over 8 hrs additional $75.00 per hour fee.
  • Total amount of $875.00
  • Porch additional $125.00 with hall rental. By itself $125.00 per hr. with a minimum of 2 hrs.
  • Outside back area additional $125.00 with hall rental. By itself $125.00 per hr with a minimum of 2 hrs
  • Building, Porch, and Back Area- A fee of $1000.00 for 10 hrs.
  • Week Days ( Mon-Thur)
    • 4-5 hrs $375.00 rental fee, $100.00 cleaning fee. Total amount of $475.00.
    • 6-8 hrs $475.00 rental fee, $100.00 cleaning fee. Total amount of $575.00.
      • Table setting- table cloths for 30 tables flat fee of $100.00 (colors are white and black)
      • Table Set-Up- cloth napkin (white), fork, knife, dinner plate, glass wear for the price of $1.75.
      • Napkins and table cloths other than the colors we have will be an additional fee.
      • Cream chairs w/ cushion $45.00 for (7)
      • Cushion folding chairs $45.00 for (12)

      • Sound System $200.00 (cd player, 1 mic w/ cord, Whole sound system)
